Child education and factors to succeed

Recently, I started to become interested in "child education". I am constantly thinking and analyzing the factors that make a student academically successful. I found out some common factors.  These factors can be divided into two parts_internal factors and external factors.
Internal factors include curiosity, motivation to succeed, definite goals and general knowledge. It is easier to teach a student who is curious to learn, curious to know about her/his surroundings and curious to explore new things. "Curiosity" is one of the most important factors not only to succeed in school but also to succeed in life. How can a child develop this habit of "curiosity"? This is the task of the parents as well as teachers to develop this skill.
The first persons who influence the lives of children are parents and teachers. Generally, most of the children are curious to understand about their environments. At this stage, parents should be patient enough to answer or explain the kids whatever questions they ask. This is really IMPORTANT because this is the developing stage of a kid. If a parent stops a child from asking questions at this stage, a child will become more likely to be reserved and lately afraid to ask questions. It is also same for teachers. In stead of forcing a kid to teach a lesson they are not interested, teachers need to prepare lessons that children are more interested and prepare them in a way to arouse curiosity in the minds of the children for example by asking questions, by letting them to discuss among themselves and by playing games. Teachers should not restrict the children from doing their own ways.
Some of the internal factors are gained through meeting inspirational people, reading books and developing skills and habits. It is important to have an inspirational person in life for a kid. An inspirational person can be anyone: a teacher, father, mother, brother, athlete or celebrity. But most likely inspirational persons for a kid are their parents or teachers. By reading books, a kid can develop critical thinking skill. It can also boost the concentration and memorizing skills. And how the parents train their children also affect the internal factors. For example, parents should let the children to fail and encourage them to try again and again until they succeed.
External factors are family background, environment, and peers. Although we don't want to accept, it is an undeniable fact that family background plays an important role in a life of a successful student. Having supportive family members, financially strong parents, and gene of the parents more or less play a role here. Environment also affects the students. Having a competitive and intelligent classmates will make the students to be more clever and academically successful.
Although some of the factors are unable to influence or unable to develop, most of the factors can be influenced. I hope parents and teachers better understand the kids and choose the right ways to help them develop since they are young.

(PS: this is purely my opinions and I am open to discuss with anyone)
